Scott Ashley, PE, is the Design Principal for Walker Consultants’ New York office. He joined Walker in 2008 and has over 21 years of experience in design, restoration, and forensic engineering. As a structural engineer, Scott’s expertise is in the design of precast and cast-in-place concrete parking structures, durability design, and structural repair.

Scott plays an integral part in providing quality assurance to clients by providing a thorough understanding of all aspects related to the design and restoration of multi-level parking facilities. He has been the Project Manager and EOR for large design-build infrastructure projects in the New York Metro area, including two garages for the LIRR Third Track expansion, the mixed-use Metro-North Garage in Harrison, New York, and the Stamford Transportation Center in Stamford, Connecticut. He was also the Project Manager of the 1,120-space East Parking Garage at LaGuardia Airport and is currently EOR on a new garage under construction at JFK Airport.
